Rip 3930k?

Weird day here.....my rig has been BSODing every 5 to 10 minutes all day......loads of codes a bit of everything from 09C to 101 the whole range...

My question is, to those of you who have had CPUs die...do they die slowly and like this?

I have replaced RAM replaced PSU fresh installed on two different SSDs swapped out GPUs disconnected everything but mouse and keyboard......flashed BIOS changed BIOS chip.

So I am left with RIVE or CPU. RIVE is a couple of months old.....

Any other posibilities?

No problem - either email me your address or let me send you mine so you can arrange a pick up. Post or courier your call. 🙂

Hey Arne,

I hope you figure out the issue soon and get back up and running asap.

I get different stock Vcore settings depending on the memory frequency I use: 1.210v at 1333MHz and 1.304 at 1600MHz, VTT and VCSSA are also different, VCSSA is at 0.870 with 1333MHz and 1.15 at 1600MHz. Might be worth a try playing around with the memory frequency if you haven't already.

Cheers alyupb! funny thing is I'm up and running now....simply looks for the moment as if I need more voltage to run and I'm not sure if its a CPU degrading and needing more voltage or if this is a board thing....have to do more testing....

Most likely CPU is degrading. Just in case, you tried your secondary UEFI right?

I have tried both BIOS and flashed both BIOS too....and just when I'm leaning toward the CPU being on the way out....

Today I got this message booting....which I have never seen before!

Thats just booting off your network PXE mode, (bios setting) you can disable that
