Reverting back to .ROM BIOS

Hi all

Sorry if this has been repeated a billion times, but i am having a little trouble reverting back to the old 1404.ROM Bios

Basically i hated Win 8, and have since reverted back to Win 7, and would like to go back to using the 1404 Bios as i know it was very good for my system

I have so far downloaded the 1404.ROM Bios to my USB, then renamed it ERALL.ROM. Then i go into BIOS, click on EZ Flash utitlity and read the ERALL.ROM file, but then it tells me its Outdated?

Any ideas?

Use "USB BIOS flashback method" instead. It is easy, you do it with PSU on but computer off.

Overclocking is useless to me if it is not rock stable.
