Good afternoon,

I would like to know if a BIOS update will be released for the z370 / z380 motherboards with RESIZE BAR option?

Thanks
greetings

First time I see the beta version of Asus bios. And how long will the resize version be in beta status?

Same here, most manufacturers flagged their BIOS as beta, I guess they wanted to rush the feature out the door in order to not be left behind (which ASUS did in a way to be honest).

Time will tell but I'm afraid it will be at least several months in beta, they need to test/validate a LOT of motherboards.

Everything works

Did anyone had some issues with this bios? I'm still hesitant to update.

Can I flash it from bios live update ?

My rig is 9900k / Maximus hero XI

Do you think there will be a non beta version?

I am a little hesitant to update also, I have a Z370-E with 9900K and 3080, and my son got a Z370-E With 8700K and 3070.
Been waiting for a long time on this, but if it takes longer time I might try the Beta.

Also on the same boat with z390 with 9900k and a 3080 think im gonna wait till the and of May and then try the beta cause maybe its the only bios we are getting.

Z370-H working fine since the release of the BIOS, no issues so far.

Z370-A, using the beta BIOS.

Resizable bar is working and is giving me better performance in Forza Horizon 4. But, and I've tested it many times, when Resizable bar is enabled I get 20 less frames per second in Horizon Zero Dawn. I hope ASUS is aware of that when releasing a better BIOS.

Edit: GPU actually gets 10-15 more fps as intended, but ReBAR lowers the CPU score in HZD's benchmark.

What was the timeline? Anything stated definitively?
