Good afternoon,

I would like to know if a BIOS update will be released for the z370 / z380 motherboards with RESIZE BAR option?

Thanks
greetings

I've only just joined this forum a few days ago...even though I've owned my ROG Strix z370-E Gaming for the past few years without issue. In the past few days, there have been approx 100 users that have posted their grievances concerning this. Surely ASUS must be watching this thread and other threads and must realize that this is an issue for their long time customers that needs to be made right...especially when everyone else has already done so.

As others have already stated, the next time I upgrade...which will be when Intel goes to 7nm...I'll remember the lack of support (if it doesn't come) and will be looking to another manufacturer in response. I've seen similar patterns with other manufacturers over the decades and can say that making the wrong choice of ignoring something like this is detrimental to customer satisfaction. Once that happens, it is an uphill battle to win back what was lost.

As a VR user and solo VR DEV, every extra fps matters...even with a 3090 system.

Do the right thing, and provide the support your customers deserve.

Cheers!!!

So ASUS still keep silence... just say no so I could move on

Z390 support when?

It is very sad that other major motherboard manufacturers are making a BIOS update available and ASUS lets us down 😞

No hope for ASUS, but please tell us NO so we could move on to other brands.

There isn't a whole lot of practical difference between mothetboard manufacturers these days. After-purcjsse support is one of the few differentiating factors. Too bad Asus is falling short. Why pay the ROG premium for worse service?

Yup, dunno why we need to purchase more expensive board if other manufacturers do better

ASUS... We need this on Z370 :'-(

Yes, we all do. But ASUS refused to communicate with us.
