Good afternoon,

I would like to know if a BIOS update will be released for the z370 / z380 motherboards with RESIZE BAR option?

Thanks
greetings

What are the chances that Z370 series will get resizable BAR support? I am an owner of ASUS TUF Z370 PLUS Gaming and BIOS for my motherboard has been updated quite regularly on their support page. Just asking if there is any hope...

And in system info in Nvidia control panel it says Resizable Bar NO, everything is enabled in the bios. Is this even ready for my card?

AFAIK, it's still not enabled in drivers.

The graphics card needs an updated vbios with resizable bar support aswell. (I haven't seen any Asus card with that yet, although I have heard unconfirmed rumors of a beta bios for a 3090.) Besides the 3060 cards that just launched, they apparently have it enabled at launch.
Would like to know when the vbios for 30 series card start appearing. Nvidia enabled resizable bar support in the rtx3060 launch driver from a couple days ago. And I have the beta bios for my XII Hero. Just waiting for an updated vbios for my 3070. Not that I play any of the games that Nvidia has confirmed gets a boost from rbar tho, but still curious to do some experimenting:)

While spaceships roam the vastness of the universe, and the MSI company already 3 months ago provided users with new firmware for motherboards on the Z390 chipset with support for a resize bar, Asus again turned to the consumer with anything, but not the face!
Total disappointment of Maximus XI Hero.
Double starts when the voltage on VCCIO/SA is raised upper than 1.25V, a randomly pop-up notification of the audio driver with the requirement to restart the PC on top of all windows, long memory training. And now this ...
Will never buy Asus again.

MSI has literally its entire portfolio of 300-series motherboards based on the Z390, H370, B360, and H310 chipsets.
Can Asus update bios like all competitor?

Im really hope that some motherboard manufacture support BAR in z390/Z370 chipsets because they force other vendors to do the same.

Lets hope it's not hard to do and that they will give us z370 owners this option as well. (rog maximus x formula owner here 😉 )

You have to expect nothing

MSI has already released Resize BAR on their Z390 Gaming mobo, one of their lower tier series z390 mobos.

Here's a list from MSI. They support H370 series as well.

Hope Asus have this kind of support.
