Hi All,

SPEC:
CPU: i7-4790k
COOLER: CM 212X
MB: MAXIMUS VII GENE
RAM: 8G G.Skill 1600 x 4
GRAPHIC: Sapphire Dual-X HD7870
PSU: 2themax 750W, used 6-7years

run linx, all memory, 5-6 times then reboot. Temp around 95-100 degree.
run OCCT by default setting, about 25 mins then reboot. Temp around 76-81 degree.

I didn't set anythings in BIOS, just using its fine tuned mode. CPU was running at 4.4GHz at 1.27v while testing.
And there is no warming messages from Windows 10 after reboot.

I am not sure the problem is. My cooler is not cool enough or my PSU is not stable? Hope you can help me.

Thanks.

Are those temperature readings in celsius or fahrenheit?

If I had to take a while guess, I'd say it can go either way. If those readings are in celsius, you're probably hitting the thermal shut down point. Also you should change the PSU. It's old and the brand looks pretty shady.
