Razer Tiamat 7.1 only with my mottherboard or aditional soundcard

Hi, i have a dilemma.

I have Asus Maximus Hero VII and I will like to know if I buy Razer Tiamat 7.1 is enough only my motherboard or
I have to buy also a soundcard. In that case which one you recommend me.

Just plug it into the mother board's audio sockets and it will work fine.

I use the Tiamat 7.1 with my Hero VII - I found that the microphone needs to be set to around +20dB boost which you can easily set in the Asus/Realtek audio manager.

Set the audio output to 7.1 and tick 'Enable Bass Management' in the audio manager. Adjust the Sonic Studio to your liking and away you go...! ( I turn the bass up to around 80% on the Sonic Studio slider - It sounds awesome in gaming such as BF4 etc).
