What is your BIOS version at the moment?

There is a support list of CPU's for each version of BIOS. You must use the 1005 BIOS version for the i7 3930k.

First guess would be the CMOS battery is dying or dead. I could be completely off base though.

Funny I have had this message recently and I'm pretty sure it's something to do with graphics cards (though not 100% sure) I had been benchmarking an old GTX570 and swapped it for my two 680s and all hell broke loose with this message as a start and then the display driver not running etc. I have not worked it out. One of my thoughts was the gen 2.0 3.0 change.......Are you running your cards in gen 2.0 or 3.0 ? if 3.0 try setting 2.0 in the BIOS...(Advanced tab-System Agent Config-) or changing SLI cable....

Change your battery and see how that goes.

I will check back in a couple of days to see if the OP has added anything to the thread.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

@ Arne Saknussemm, with my first rive board I only had one GTX 680 and never had this problem but I had about 30 other major problems lol. While I was wating for the rma I bought a second 680 so my new rive has only ever been run in sli and my bios is set to pcie 2.0 and its been also set to 3.0 with no difference. I use to get the display driver error with my first rive but that was fixed by setting up x.m.p for my ram and that also fixed a lot of problems at the same time. I have changed sli cables but made no difference. I do get really poor performance running in sli I get better fps using only one card but I don't know if that's got anything to do with it. That said im not sure if this a gpu problem but with computers anything is possible.

@ HiVizMan I will be resetting the cmos and changing out the battery tomorrow and ill post back with the results.

Intro32.....Quote " I do get really poor performance running in sli I get better fps using only one card but I don't know if that's got anything to do with it"

Just throwing this out there......Are both cards running in the pcie x 16 lanes.....Seems that (1) card may be running in a pcie x 8 lane which would cause a drop in performance.
