Bought a second hand rampage extreme iv and i am very happy with the build, have owned nearly every extreme from 2 upwards, all second hand. The build quality is amazing etc.
I had a problem with my 4820k only dectected as one 1 core cpu in window 8.1 and with a multi of 37, no matter what i did in bios, it would show there are 4 cores active in bios, but when i boot up into windows, only 1 core was active.
Updated the bios to the latest bios on the asus website and bang it was fixed, all cores are now active in windows and turbo function works.
Thought i should post this up just incase someone comes across the same problem.
