I don't usually post often, but I am really frustrated at the moment as ASUS support always
gives lousy responses and takes on forever. So the situation is this... I've got a Rampage IV
Extreme and I am really enjoying the performance of my CPU as it has a lot of life in it left.
I also have no current plans to upgrade to X99 unless I am forced to do so... First off the issue that
should *legitimately* be fixed; the dreadful USB 3.0 issues... I have them and I am sick of them.
The inconsitency these ports have in my board is insane, on one boot they work and in the next
one they just fail to recognize devices altogether (when they work, they do work flawlessly).
Next up is a big one as I'd like to buy a new SSD using it as a boot drive (like the Intel 750)
and I really can't as my board does not support natively NVMe... which for a workstation
board and for a platform this recent is like an insult to the users of it that paid a good amount
of money only to be left "sidelined" 2 years after...
I'd like first off an official response from a (human) ASUS representative on those issues if that
is at all possible...
