Rampage IV Extreme bios 1101 problem

Why I was use 1101 bios to play battlefield 3 have this picture problem..
but I use 0703 bios not have this problem..
What can I do..

I find BF3 to have some issues, there's a map in the campaign after you parachutte down into russian, there's this big tent somewhere in the middle of the field and it glitches out like crazy, lots of clipping and other stuff. But other than that that was the only glitch I saw when I played it with my system.

What graphics cards you using??? If they are anything but 7970 I would switch to Gen 2 mode on the PCI express slots in Biios. I had that problem with my 580's till I switched. My 7970's work fine though.

since updating to this bios i have had alot of BSOD and also each time it says failed over clocking press F1.

thing is it happens if its overclocked or not and it happens while im doing nothing or gaming and its random.

every other bios works fine, also get what appears to be like a graphics glitch with purple colours during eyefinity game play on games with this bios, change to the version before it and play and i get no problems what so ever, so its not my Graphics cards as a friend gets the same problem as me and he has the same setup as i do.

any ideas ?

all say over clocking failed regardless of settings and ever if set to default or over clocked or underclocked

i guess the little blue CPU-Z doesnt give info then doesn it 😉

the following setup is cloned on 2 computers.

Intel 3930K
Rampage 4 Extreme
Corsair Vengence 1600Mhz 32GB
3 x Sapphire 6970 2GB
OCZ Vertex 2 120SSD x2 in Raid 0

all latest drivers even done drivers back or beta still same but all works good with any bios except 1101 then i get problems.

the same problems appear on my friends machine witht he same games and programs.

Have you tried the Beta 6b thats what I am using at the moment. I am sure its the PCI EX tuning frombios to bios giving you the problem. Set it to gen2 in bios and see where that gets you.

it dont matter what i set the gen too and it dont matter if i try beta 6b, i get problems with this bios 1101 bigtime i just had a BSOD trying to open up this page to read it from my Inbox on MS office for gods sake. sure that aint right.

im going back to the bios before and leaving it there cos im sick of this its driving me nuts and pissing me off,
