Rampage IV Black Edition - Not starting QCod 19 and 14 then power off.

Hi Everyone.

I recently built a computer with these specs.

RAMPAGE 4 BE (serial ends with 0603)
i7 4960x
Corsair 2133 Dominator 32gb
Corsair H100i CPU water cooler.
ASUS 780 Stix 6gb GPU


It was working perfectly, then I decided to install an extra fan in my case which also has LEDs


I plugged the fan power into FAN2 which worked fine.
Stupidly, I then plugged the on/off for the fan LEDS into TEMP2, bad idea!

Here is a picture of the connections for your reference.


The computer started then shutdown almost immediately.

Now when I hit the power button it powers up for a about a second, the error code goes from 19 to 14 then shutsdown.

I'm worried I fried my mobo.

Searching the internet, this seems like a similar problem, should I try doing these steps
