Rampage IV Black Edition Mainboard with NVME m.2 disk?

Hello,

I wanted to ask if somebody uses this Mainboard with a PCIe card incl. M.2 SSD?

I know that there is a modified BIOS with which you can then use M.2 hard drives as a boot device.

My question is:
If I put a PCIe with M.2 SSD, then my graphics card runs only on PCIe 3.0 x8 or on with PCIe 3.0x16?
Does the PCI Adapter take any lanes from my graphiccard?

i use my vga on the first pcie slot and the nvme on the last ,all work fine.
