Rampage IV Black Edition - i7 4930K - rev.S1

I probably going to order Rampage IV Black Edition and Intel Core i7 4930K (BX80633I74930K)

But what is rev.S1? How to know if this CPU is with “rev.S1” ?

Supported CPU list for RIVBE I can see this string: Core i7-4930K (3.4GHz, L3:12M, 6C, HT, 130W, rev.S1)

Can I order BX80633I74930K and it will work just fine with RIVE-BE ?

Yes, I know what you mean, when get mem out for testing/removing. Pain in the neck and mess up cooler paste.
