i have a problem,after the 505 i cant boot from marvel controller on a single wd velociraptor 600gb. after the post the message is please insert proper boot device like it wasnt in the boot list.
i reverted to default, disabled and reenabled onboard sata3 but nothing,dont boot.
switching bios to 0404 it boot without problems.
have you same problems?

The exact same problem but with a vertex 3, it works fine on 404 but on this one theres no way for me to run it unless i set AHCI mode on devices configuration (not allowing me to run the raid instead: 2x velociraptors on sata ports) besides device config shouldnt affect the marvell ports but fine. As an old Asus customer i am, i have to say im totally dissapointed, next time my cash will go to some1 else pockets (at least i may have actual support)

Same here, have to disconnect DVD drive for a boot.
