Rampage 4 freezing on start up my OS, sounds like onboard LAN faulty

Hello guys i have freezings with my board from 1st day when os starts up. Problems is in my onboard lan adapter, before i thought some troubles with drivers i tryed reinstall drivers several times and nothing , testing all devices nothing wrong , i tried load up safe mode, on safe mode in first seconds looks like no freezing but if go to control panel trying to open settings lan freezing starts 😞 . But this just for 1-2 minutes ,later after 2 minutes everything ok

Go into bios and disable your LAN. F10 and enter and boot to OS does your system post no problems?

I done . anyway the same freezes looks like motherboard ok.

Looks like windows faulty, because troubles is on windows network applications freezing gadgets freezing windows network control panel and that's it this happens from beginning when my os starts up for 2 minutes , but i can open my chrome and surf easy

I never had that troubles before on my old system rig

Maybe my Dram complains because i use old one Corsair Vengeance CMZ12GX3M3A2000C10 from my rampage 3

That's exactly the reason why I asked for your your system specs. In every 9 out of 10 cases about random freezing on the RIVE is caused by pairing up Vengeance RAM with the motherboard. They simply don't play well together. Some users have succeeded in making them work on the RIVE but in the end, it's more of a hit or miss situation.

Let's see if it's the O/S first.

1) Open up a command prompt as admin and do a "sfc /scannow". Let me know if it finds any errors. If it does and it says it fixed them, reboot.

2) If the above doesn't make any difference once errors are fixed or there are no errors found, open a command prompt as admin again and do a "netsh int ip reset" and reboot. This will reset the TCP/IP stack. Usually network slowdowns/loss, if they're not coming from general OS corruption or faulty hardware (or physical network conditions when it comes to WAN/Internet), they come from corruption of the TCP/IP stack/LSP chain by malware or misbehaving security applications (Firewall/AV/etc). This will reset it to defaults. If this fixes your issue, please list what security related applications you have installed.

I done that scan and os found errors but cannot fix them, and done ip reset nothing helps 😞
