RAID 0 working but not recognized in UEFI

So this is my problem amigos, wonder if anyone could help:

I cleared the CMOS on my board but then my RAID 0 array was no longer "recognized" by the UEFI. The RAID is not the boot device, and did a full backup before the clearing out the CMOS TG. The boot SSD is working fine, but because windows' (7pro) Users and installed programs folders are in the array, the booting sequence ends in a BSOD.

The array is working fine though, I booted Linux (parted Magic, two thumbs up!) from a CD and I can read all files in my RAID. It's just that Intel's RAID arrays creating screen (the one who boots when pressing Ctrl+I) just started to show up again at every reboot as if there was no RAID array in the system (I clearly remember this so happens with my system when no array is present, but the Ctrl+I screen ceases to appear when succesfully creating an array, e.g. when doing a clean OS install). The odd thing is, that when I press Ctrl+I, the driver (or whatever that Intel thing is) does recognize the array and reports it as normal. My theory is that some kind of system flag on the UEFI is missing (beacuse of the CMOS clear) and the Intel RAID creation boot sequence does not report the array to the UEFI.

The first thing I did just after clearing the CMOS was to enter the UEFI and selecting RAID as the SATA driver, save changes and reboot. When I entered for the second time to UEFI, there was no Intel Raid drivers loaded, as if there where no RAID arrays in the system.

In short, Linux reads the array but UEFI (and consequently, Windows) does not. What can I do?
