Raid 0 as secondary Drives Issue

Hello Everyone,
I've been researching for a few days now to see if I can solve this issue but all I am coming up with is fixes to fix the issue if the OS is running on a raid.
The issue I am experiencing is, my OS is running off an single SSD and Will not read my secondary drive (2x2256 seagate momentus hybrid SSD- Raid 0)
I have the Raid enable for Sata 1-4 and 5-10 (or whatever the end # is), basically everything is set to Raid.
My Bios and AMD raid configure reads the raid just fine, When i boot into Windows 8.1 64bit, it only sees my primary SSD and not my raid array.
There are no Sata Raid driver support for Windows 8.1 on Asus' website.
has anyone experience the issue where the Motherboard and bios recognizes the raid but not the OS?

To some it up :
Windows 8.1 installed on single SSD 500gb. OS will not see the Secondary drive (2x256gb hybrid SSDs running in a raid 0). The Raid component of the bios recognizes the raid I created.
I installed the OS on the SSD first then I configured the raid.
Currently not running any OC settings. The only thing I've changed was the Ram profile to read my memory at 1866mhz with the corresponding timings.
Why won't my OS see my raid array?. Is there something i need to change in the UEFI options to make my raid available to the OS?
Remember, this is an issue with the secondary drives - my Primary OS drive is fine.

Go have a look at your manual and you will see you have 6 native AMD ports. You then also have 2 Asmedia or third party SATA ports. It is better to use the native ports.

Well I still could not get it to work. The only thing I can think of is when I originally installed the OS, the drives were set to AHCI.
I just raided it through the OS by striping it. so now the raid works, I just don't use the MOBO raid.
thanks guys

Yes that is true, you do need to have your drives set to RAID originally when you install your OS.
