How did they test? Did they send you a report? If they did please PM me a copy.
Do you have any other DDR3 ram you can borrow or go out a buy one stick of really cheap ram. I want you to test each slot again with some other ram. If it is a ram issue and not a board issue the your Ram vendor needs to replace or refund. If it is a board issue we will get it sorted.
