In this guide here JJ writes "If using an Offset vid do not use any LLC this helps to ensure superior efficiency and reduced voltage to the CPU at idle and load states. "

My question is, which actual BIOS setting turns LLC off ? I suppose auto or regular ?

You have to enable LLC yourself. So by default it is off.
