Hi Linightz
I don't have the same MB as you, but you will need the Renamer tool from Bios Utilities.
You should have the bios file and renaming utility on the same empty fat32 formatted USB stick.
Activate the renamer and it will convert the bios file to the correct format for your MB. (R4BE.CAP i think)
Chapter 3.11.1 in your manual for EZ Flash 2. whilst in Bios or:
You can use the Flashback port on your IO panel with your system powered down. (method I use) Chapter 2.2 in your manual.

I think it is different issue here. I believe R4BE dont have 0701 as I dont see it in Support. However, yes, I downloaded that file from http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA2011/RAMPAGE_IV_BLACK_EDITION/RAMPAGE-IV-BLACK-EDITION-ASUS-0..., renamed, hit ROG, no blinking LED after all.
Im not so sure abt this so instead, i dont bother 0701, went straight to 08xx beta version.
By the way, I am having weird issue ( just noticed), i-rog1 and i-rog2 show different number in BIOS. So weird. Any one know how to fix it ?
