Question about Maximus VI Extreme PCIE

I have been looking at the Maximus VI Extreme and have a quick question I am hoping someone can answer regarding the pcie lanes. Does the mpcie wireless chip affect the main pcie lanes bandwidth? Also are there any negatives to adding a sound card to the x4 slot when there are two gpus in sli? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question. I just can't seem to find any information on the mpcie chip and x4 slot in regards to the pcie lanes.

The main info on the product page says the mpcie wifi will not sacrifice a PCIe lane. As for your other question; no, having a sound card will not affect SLI performance as i'm pretty sure, the x4 lane is controlled by another chip.
