Question about BIOS update MVE

GaBBa-Gandalf

Hello...

When I updated the first time the bios on the mve, it was updating rog1, reboot and was updating rog2.

Now I updated the bios again, but it was just updating rog1, and turn off... nothing happend and i was waiting about 60 sec.
After that i turned the pc back on and it was booting fine. but now i don't know if that was an error or/and why rog2 wasn't updated...

Is it normal?

Best way to find out is power down your system, switch to BIOS B and see if it has been updated for you 🙂

I don't really wanna do that because there is no easy way to downgrade again...

BIOS1 = older bios
BIOS2 = newer bios

if memory serves me right, the programmers of the BIOS' put in a backdoor to going backwards with BIOS revisions from the new CAP Revisions. Though someone who knows more than I do will have to correct me if i'm wrong.

If you have updated your BIOS to the latest BIOS then BOTH A and B BIOS will have the new BIOS. There is no going back.
