I'm not sure what's causing this issue, but I just finished up a new build that I've been working on for a couple of months. I finished it up a couple of days ago and everything was working fine, but now all of a sudden, when I power up my PC, it scrolls through some Q codes, stops on 63, half my fans stop spinning (this maybe an issue with the fan controller since I haven't even had time to set it up yet), then it shuts down. After a couple of seconds, it powers itself back on again. Sometimes, the process repeats itself over and over, and sometimes, it just powers back on once, powers off again and then stays off. This is such an odd issue. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?
