Problems with X-FI FATALITY and my Crosshair V

Hello @all

I have the a problem with my sound blaster X-FI card, when I activate the SLI modus then the sound goes crazy! By gaming or watching movies then I get major crackling, lagging, sound drops... When I hear music, then there is no problems. I have installed new drivers, new bios, new sound blaster drivers... but I have always the same problem. I have tried another identical Sound card and the problem didn´t go way, so had somebody here the same problem? Can somebody help me?

Cpu: QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition 955, 3200 MHz (16 x 200)
Ram: Corsair Vengance 8Gb (4Gb x 2) 1600Mhz 1.50v Timing 9-9-9-24
JMicron JMB36X Controller (PCIe slot)
GPU: 2x GIGABYTE GeForce GTX460 OC (1GB) (SLI)
Audio: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Fatal1ty Pro (PCI slot)
PSU: Corsair CMPSU-750HX
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
