Problems in Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z

Hi,

I have three problems with my motherboard Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z:

1. When I give turn off, the PC is restart, the only way to turn off the PC is using the back button of the power supply

2. When I turn on the PC has deleted BIOS settings

3. Any device connected to the Marvell serial ATA 6.0 Gb/s red connectors not recognized

Can someone help me with these big problems?

bios battery might be dead ( round battery on the motherboard around under the graphic cards ).
pull out the battery and go to a store where they sell pc/pc parts or other electric components and ask if they have a battery ( take it whit you so they can see what battery it is ).
use some thing non conductive to take it out, dont use enny thing made from metall since that can short out things on your motherboard if your unlucky.
