Problem with the driver for a system device called AMDA00

Running Win7 64bit and looking in the Device Manager I have a yellow exclamation mark on a device called AMDA00 and the error says

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

Is there a fix available for this problem?

Just tried it but when launching the AsusSetup.exe file nothing happens and when trying to update the driver via Device Manager pointing to the folder where I extracted this new driver Windows tells me the best driver is already installed.

I think I skip this now and keep the device disabled instead, getting tired of trying to fix this issue now.
