Problem with onboard lan (Formula IV)

Hi, first of all, sorry for my bad english, it isn't my native language (I'm from Argentina).

I don't know if this is the right place to post my problem, move it if necessary please.

I will try to be short; I have the named MB, and some days ago, when I was playing online, the PC get frozed and I forced to reboot, but when It started again, the lan adapter dissapeared, like someone deactivated it, I went to the bios and reactivated it again.

I thought that the problem was solved, but It happened again, and again, and again when I "push a little" the internet to work (youtube + games + etc).

There is no way to do that windows runs the adapter, when it happens, the lights are off, it only works after several reboots (and shake internet cable when it's plugged xD)

I use modem + router, but that isn't the problem, because I have other 2 pcs, and I tried every possible combination of cables, and the problem persists only with my PC

I reinstalled all the drivers (originals from the CD and the updated ones) and concluded that isn't a driver problem, and reading in some forums, I saw that some ppl have the same problem.

I know that the easy way is to buy an external lan adapter, but ATM I can't afford it, can someone help me please, at least a temporary solution?

Again, sorry for my bad english, I tried to be clear
Thanks in advance 🙂

First thing I would do is change the cable, if you have a spare cable please try that.

Just go to the ASUS motherboard support page and enter your OS in the drop down box and navigate to the drivers, download the latest LAN drivers.

Install and let me know how it goes.

Is the lan Enabled in Bios?
Corsair Carbide 540 Air ~ AMD FX 8350 ~ Asus Crosshair V Formula Z ~ 1901 BIOS ~ Corsair Dominator Platinum 2400 MHz 2x8 Gb CMD16X3M2A2400C10 ~ EVGA GTX 1080 Ti ~ Corsair AX860i PSU ~ Samsung 840 Pro 256Gb SATA 3 SSD ~ WD 4 TB 7200 RPM 64 MB ( RMA'd ) ~ Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum ~ Corsair SP2500 2.1 Gaming Speakers ~ 27 Samsung SA550 HD LED Monitor ~

Yes, sometimes (1 of 10 times) that the pc freezes, I have to enable it. But most of the time it's enabled
