OK you have the latest bios, Your DIMMs are not listed on the QVL tho, this is not to say they wont work.
How did you apply thermal paste to CPU, are you sure you applied properly and tightened down evenly.
I hope you didn't bend any pins in CPU socket when inserting.
Have you tried installing just one DIMM in first slot and switched modules in case one is bad.
Other things to think of:
- Do you have Qcode readout, if so where does it stop?
- Removed the Video card and all memory and all HD's ( barebones boot )
- Cleared the CMOS both with the onboard button and taking out the CMOS battery for 5 min.
- Switched bios 1 to bios 2 ( with manual button on motherboard ) no change.
- Checked your PSU and all connecting cables.
- Checked all EPS connections.
Can't think of anything else atm, see how you go.
