Following the recent release of BIOS update 0702, I installed the new firmware and then the fun began.
When the firmware upgrade was complete (via UEFI tools), the Boot sequence entered into a POST Loop. I've attached a short video showing the Q-LED light sequence. The issue is that I cannot enter the BIOS/UEFI interface, both F2 and DEL don't work.
I've attached a short video showing what happens.
Please correct me if wrong, but Q-LED sequence seems to point towards BOOT Issue. I appreciate that there are a few changes to be made in the BIOS to configure the correct Boot Manager, M.2 Drive etc etc but I can't get into the thing to make the changes.
Actions:
1. I switched out the keyboard (Logitech MX Keys) for a P/S2 wired keyboard - No change
2. Checked all plugs, RAM seating, power cables etc.
3. Firmware 0604 rollback using FashBIOS on the rear panel - Stil no access to UEFI
4. Reset CMOS via Jumpers - Re-Boot No Change
5. Replaced CMOS battery - Re-Boot No Change
6. Started on the hardware, removed all but 1 stick of RAM, removed all M.2 drives including OS - same Q-LED sequence
I've never experienced anything like this. Any help would be appreciated.

I received the following email from ASUS:
Thank you for contacting the ASUS UK Support Team.
My name is Bogdan and it would be my pleasure to assist you in any way possible.
From the video attached, the system is stuck in a restart loop. It appears that the boot is unsuccessful and the system is continuously restarting itself.
As this has specifically occured following a BIOS update and clearing/replacing the CMOS as well as using FlashBack did not work, I believe that the BIOS has gotten corrupted.
Unfortunately, besides what you have already tried, there are no further recovery methods.
We can only encourage you to contact the place of purchase and pursue a warranty claim for the board.
In a nutshell, if you buy a £400 motherboard that works fine for 3 years then you update the BIOS and things go ****** up, Your on your own.
Words can't express my dissatisfaction in their lack of accountability.
