I've been at this for a while now. Cant seem to figure it out but I know its something simple.
My goal is to get to 5 Ghz stable.
Here are my spec's:

I can post and I can boot into widows, but when I run a OCCT 4.0 cpu stress test for even 7 minutes it locks up(1 minute before and after is idle so 5 mins cpu load 100%). Sometimes it locks after a couple of minutes, sometimes its after 5 minutes.
Is there any way or a setting I can change to stabilize my 5gh over clock for 24/7 use? I've seen and read of others doing it but I cant get there myself. Im so close, please help.
My Temps in windows are:
idel 19 C
under full Load = 69C
