PCI E 16x not responding

Hey fellow rog pplz

well last day i boot my system n it just went blank not display at all then i go one to troubleshoot it 1 step at time, when i remove my gpu n plug my lcd on on-board vga voila i have my display, then i take my gpu to the store for checking it says the card is fine so is it possible that my first PCI e 16x is dead

It's sounding that way if the pc shop says it's ok.

Try your gtx 770 in the second pcie slot.

Keep is updated if your gpu works in the second pcie slot, make sure you have the monitor cable connected to your gtx 770 and the pcie power cables connected as well.
