PC wont boot up

Hi there guys, I just bought the Rampage IV extreme for my new setup but i'm having trouble. I keep getting different debug errors every time I boot up. The most common was pre-memory cpu initialization has started but I've gotten others. After that, the computer restarts and I get the 00 debug for not used and then it shuts off. I could really use assistance, thank you.

Also, here's what I have:

Mobo: Rampage IV Extreme
CPU: 3930k 3.2g
Mem: Mushkin Enhanced Redline 8GB Memory Model 997007x2
Graph: GeForce GTX 680
PSU: Seasonic 1250x

Can you please give a full list of your hardware? and the codes you have been getting too please

NZXT 810 switch
2x Samsung 830 256 SSD's
SUS 24X DVD Burner
x2SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM
Cooling: Corsair H100
No OS installed yet

Debug error
NVRAM initialization
CPU DXE Initialization is started
Pre-memory cpu initialization is started
Memory Installed

Ok, we'll start with the basics. Have you checked to ensure all connectors for power are in properly? next, remove your RAM and put one module in the slot farthest from your CPU and see if you get a boot, if not, try the other stick of RAM and please post back

Just an update to what happened earlier today. I was able to boot up the pc, it went to a screen that registered all my SSD's, both of my HDD's, the ram and the optical drive but it said something about my cpu fan not working. After it sent me to the bios screen, I wasn't sure what to do so I loaded optimized settings and here we are.

I tried 1 stick and got pre-memor pch initialization is initialization debug and of course it kept restarting with the 00 debug and then shut off. Tried the 3 other sticks and got pre-memory cpu initialization is started along with the 00 debug afterwards. I tried another stick and got

What bios version are u running? u could try either 00018(beta) or the official 1305

I can't check since it wont start up.

If you look at the white sticker near to the 24pin power connector and the SATA ports the last 4 digits of that number are you shipped bios.

ah, looks like i'm on bios 1202

Edit: I've also been getting the debug memory installed sometimes as well.

I tried again with all 4 sticks and got the error memory installed. After it shut off, it kept resetting with the 00 debug of not used

Every time I start up I get a different error. Got ACPI Module initialization, then got DXE core is started
