PC Won't boot up anymore- Rampage IV Formula

Hi Guys,

Im not very technical when it comes to this stuff. My PC will no longer boot up, the fan spins and I can hear the hard drive trying to click to boot, the monitors also don't power and there is no sound. I have taken a video of the inside of the inside of the motherboard with the numbers and lights and hoping someone can help me out as to determining what the issue is.

Could you confirm that you have done a clear CMOS?

Or list what you have tried to do.

And please do provide us with a full hardware list.

from the vid, it seems it is stuck on a bad boot cycle, as HiVizMan has said, push and hold
CMOS button on back of pc, restart, you can even try and turn off, turn power off the wall
let sit for a few mins and start, keep hitting DEL and try and get into bios,
windows 8.1 has been a bit buggy tbh, I wish I never upgraded to it

Reset the Cmos and can get to the bios screen now but im not sure what to do from here - I am not a technical person at all when it comes to this. Sorry!

No worries buddy that is why ROG is here.

Go into your BIOS and select XMP profile as your mode of OC.

F10 and enter. To save that setting and boot to OS.
