Hi! Friend I may completely sound dumb but after getting each component back after month of rma i forgot some stuff about over clocking.
So story is when i assembled desktop i clicked on way optimization after which i ran rog real bench, after a moment i realized that cpu multiplier or ratio whatever it is called is set to 42. Then it hit me that 4 way optimisation is crappy way of oc. Then i jumped to bios and clicked on load optimised default and pressed save and restart. But pc rebooted three times and after which all fan kept running but no screen. Then i opened the case to look for the problem and i saw that boot device led is glowing. Then i re seated the gpu, ram and hdd but nothing helped same thing happened again and again. Then i replaced my gpu with another and voila pc booted up.
After which i again installed first gpu and every thing is running fine.
SO my question is that can you plz tell me the reason of that problem, asking out of curiosity.

IDK, maybe something related to fast boot/hardware boot?
Everytime I make changes on those two options the pc reboots 2 or 3 times.

Sorry for late reply and problem is with graphic card. PC Won't bootup until i put another graphic card and again use the faulty one.
