Hi, Jonkerstien, I can help you with this. You've come to the right place to overclock your cpu and we can do it right here. I see you have a K cpu that is beggin' to be overclocked. You will see it's easy to do. Before we get started You will need a cpu temperature monitor monitoring program and a cpu stress testing program such as prime95. You can download Real/Core Temp to show cpu temps. Download cpu-z if you don't already have it. Have these 3 programs installed before we begin. I see you have the H80i cpu cooler. We want to see 80c or below at all times. Ready?

Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3-1600 CL9
and no currently its not in xmp mode
Also i have unitalled asus Suit 2

Ok, Go into your bios on the extreme tweaker tab and set the AI Overclock tuner to manual. Hit F5 to set defaults. Sync/By all cores, Set a multiplier of 41. Set the vcore to 1.25v and check to see that the cpu target speed is 4100 MHz. Do this and return.

Now i dont mean to sound stupid i went there and i couldnt find all the settings there mind sending me a screen shot as then i woull at least know what i am doing or something i can read so i dont blow up the CPU

In the bios, Hit F5 to set defaults, AI Overclock Tuner to manual, sync all cores, cpu core ratio 41, cpu core voltage 1.25v. This is all we are going to change. Make sure you have these entered correctly.
