I've RIVEB i'm try to run 4930K at 4.5 Ghz on the motherboard i set 1.355 (high eh) but this is what i can do for run 4.5 GHZ

Anyways, the question is if i set 1.355v why in windows display at 1.360-1392 in idle and when is under load display at 1.328-1.360, what is this logic?

What i can do for stay in idle the vcore i set and stay in same under load?

Also recommend me run lower vcore possible =(

Hi SnAFKe 🙂

This is something called vdroop...under load the CPU throttles back on voltage in order to make sure spikes in voltage don't go outside of a certain range. It is normal and a good feature of the chips.

However LLC is what negates vdroop should you want to. Setting higher LLC counteracts more and more vdroop and at high levels (where you don't want to go) adds voltage.. medium LLC is recommended for 24/7 OCing

If you have left your LLC on auto then it is going to be way higher. I would suggest using medium or regular (4/5) for day to day use.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

I'm already running LLC in medium and VCCSA LLC in regluar.

Current i'm with this settings

CPU Vcore: 1.365v
VTT: 1.1v
CPU LLC: Medium
CPU Current Capability: 140%
CPU Power Phase Control: Extreme
VCCSA Load-line Calibration:Regular

I'm stable with stress test 8h without issue but i dont like to much vcore CPU Current Capability and Power Phase Control with that high value. If i want to change CPU Current Capability to 130% and the rest untouch my system reboot with 3min stress test.

Can you help me to improve this settings? i want at least to run CPU Current Capability at 120% and of course less vcore and i not want to run more 1.365v i'm feel very bad other can run 4.5Ghz at 1.3v 😞 i know my chip is bad no try to remember me and not RMA is not at option because in my country not exist and if i want to outside my country cost to much money something i not going to pay.

Might just be an average CPU. Quite a few CPUs need 1.35V+ for 4.5GHz

You can try setting Inrush Current to Enabled in the DIG+ section of UEFI. This will allow you to leave CPU Current Capability on Auto (which is actually 140% at stock might be higher at 4.5G). Do not set less than 140% manually please. This setting only affects current shut-off it is not to help you use lower Vcore for your CPU.

I not get you, what i need to change??

No CPU Current Inrush to Enabled for this one to try first. This setting is in the DIGI+ section of UEFI 🙂
