Older UEFI does not boot NTFS USB, Win10 1909 .wim file too big for FAT32

(I know it's old but it's a fine board and it's rock solid !)

I'm trying to update my USB Windows install drive with the new 1909 Windows version.

I used to use FAT32 for that USB boot partition to install previous Windows 10 versions without any issue.
Now it seems that the install.wim files in the newer Windows 10 iso's such as 1909, is > 4GB which is over the max file size allowed by FAT32
(more preciscely, 4 294 967 295 bytes is the max).
Basically Windows can't copy the .wim file on the FAT32 partition.

I tried formatting as NTFS, however the board does not seem to recognize it for the USB drive.

Does anyone know if exFAT is supported by Asus' UEFI ?
Any other idea ?

Thanks in advance!
