~Hey Guys

i have a M6E and wanted to use the combi card for wifi,
i added the card to the board but the 2 aerial holes in the io panels dont seem to have been cut out,

is this a mistake or am i being an idiot?

Cheers

They are cut partway through, simply push them out with the screws.

Its to keep it neat for peeps who do not want to use it.

You do know you loose 1 SATA port by using this correct?

hey cheers illl get them shoved through, and i believed it was 2 but yeh safe to say i currently dont require 8 slots for my raid array,

even if i did, having my phone sync easily is more important to me

Thanks god for phones or else Bluetooth would have died long ago lol.

There are only 6 Intel ports and its 1 of them AFAIK.

indeed, wel im currently running 2X ssd in raid 0 which i will keep adding to and then 4tb for mass storage

My final plan is 4X 4tb drives on the marvell slots,
5X ssd on the intel slots
and ofc the Bluetooth slot

Sometimes 3rd party ports are slower even for Mech Drives, not as fast as Intel even though they are SATA 6Gb/ the actual sustained reads/writes may be lower and also adds to Bios Post time to enable any of the non native devices.

Then again your Raid Rom will already be doing this.

I got a POS 4770k, not even good for 4.2GHZ at decent volts.

Should have stayed on my Z68+2700k @ 5.0GHZ (4.6GHZ daily normal OC Bios Profile).

What voltage is that and what batch is the chip, also is that Prime95/IntelBurnTest stable?

not sure of batch number and heatsink is a pain to get on and off but thats at 1.3v

Hmm, assume it was OEM then as you can get batch from the retail box.

Why do you have an odd stick of Ram that will be in Single channel mode, ramdrive?
