hello ,
i have a Rampage 4 formula mobo and asus gtx 580 gpu . Well recently my nvidia drivers started acting up where windows 8 ( 64 ) said they crashed and recovered succesfully -.-'. So i looked over different forums about it and reading it found that new 320 drivers were faulty so l reverted to v311. drivers . That was couple of days back . But today when i started pc i got same message in old drivers. Also the in game graphics looked crappy so i decided to restart pc .

It took a long deal to restart and when it did i got a black screen and couldn't go past login screen and so restarted again ....
since then the pc is not booting 😐 there are no bootup beeps and no images either . Tried removing card and every possible cables in the cabinet but it still is not booting .

Checked them forums again and read it might be windows 8 ufei problem . I don't think thats the culprit but can't do a thing about it since it won't even boot . any suggestion on how to make it boot ?

You might have to do a full Clear CMOS - I would strongly suggest you do so with all the power connectors removed and just to make sure you are not having any power to the system pull the wall socket too.

Let your system stand for a few hours.

It could just be that your OS is scrambled of course. Do the Clear CMOS and see how it goes.
