If you have the connectors and are running with more than two cards, use the additional power connectors that supply the PCIe lanes.

I am running SLI. I am powering the cards from my power supply am I supossed to hook the powersupply to the ezplug or is the ezplug supossed to power the cards. I dont want to send power in to a power out plug that would do nothing.

run a 4 pin molex from your power supply to the ezplug to give the board more power.

You really only need the EZplug connection if youi're running three or more graphic cards.
I have it connected for my two 570's just because these are high end, power hungry cards.
If it were me, I wouldn't even bother doing it with two 460SE's.
