Hello community, Newbie here.

You are the main reason I got an Asus ROG intead of a Gygabyte (have no idea about OC or new asus motherboards, been using macbook pro for 5 years now), I hope to contribute as much as I can in the future.
I received my Asus Maximus VI Gene and assembled my computer (it will become a hackintosh, actually, it's on a MacproG4 case I will share details), but I can't get it to boot. It beeps once when the VGA_LED is on, but doesn't go further, it gives me a b2 qcode and no video on HDMI (no Pci-e card yet). I have no idea why, the memory modules are ok, tested ad tried different slots. the motherboard is also new, what am I doing Wrong?

Asus Maximus VI Gene Motherboard
Intel G3220 3Ghz CPU
Supertalent DDR3 Ram memory 2x8GB 1600Mhz.
SN-PS60 / 600watts PSU (in the future I will use another one).
I have not plugged the HDD drives yet.

Thanks in advance.
Marcos Caballero.

nevermind, silly me. Solved it, please don't use a Panasonic Viera TV hdmi port. Now on an monitor, works just fine.

Thanks anyway, the qcode B2 meant was: "I can't talk to this tv". Facepalm to me 🙂
