I have a Formula VI all watercooled. If I shut down from windows then computer stops, but there is still power on the fans , pump and equipment...... I have to switch the psu to of to turn down all power.

PSU corsair ax860
Asus formula VI
780 GTX
Aquacomputer aquaero

No fans or pump are attached to the mobo, this is all done by the aquaero6.

second question, in the bios I can see the 2 ssd's and 1 hdd. In windows I can only see the ssd with the OS on it. They are conneced to the intel controller on ahci. I flashed to latest bios yesterday.

Right click on My Computer, down the list click on Manage then Disk Management in the left window. Look for your SSD and then right click it and format it to use 🙂

do you have the OS for the aquaero instaled??
aquasuite?
and what sort of pump do you have??
i have aquaero5 and aquastream XT in my build.

I have a aquaero6, with aquasuite installed updated to latest driver. I use a mcp35x2. Fans etc and pump I have setup via aquasuite. I think that's not the problem because there is also still power on the Gtx780 when I close windows....
