I just made flashback bios upgrade 3301 (we are so lazy sometimes!)
http://event.asus.com/2012/mb/USB_BIOS_Flashback_GUIDE/
and results:
1. FW MEI 8.1.10.1286 is included
2. it does not matter which FW you had before 7... or 8.1.20.1336, the result FW will be 8.1.10.1286
I think that asus should underline flashback method upgrade in case of new FW MEI...

Any fixes in this for Logitech Gaming Keyboards. So far I still can not get my keyboard to work on start up since I went to the Newer Bios's

I am using the G19 gaming keyboard I was also have A problem with it loading slow on boot-up. I installed the latest drivers and now it boots up great. I am not sure if it was that or the (tuneup utility 2013) that fixed it. I do know that after using the tuneup utility my system is much faster, when i got the utility it had A 1 day free trail , I liked it so much that i got it.

I wouldn't bother updating if your setup is already stable. They seem to be releasing an update every 2-3 weeks now.

Is it now stable enough to prevent the future apocalypse?

PS Nodens, my friend, as always in such thread, we need your help to find out the real changelog.

1) Well MEI 8.1.10.1286 is also included in this one but again it's not flashable. nikolator in another thread reports that ME version got updated when he flashed via USB Flashback. DooRules reports that it didn't work for him.

2) Nothing different as far as Intel OROM is involved.

3) Several DXE drivers have different sizes than previous versions. Modules like pcibus, pcirootbridge, ME DXE Driver, acpi, cpu microcode, cpu PEI module etc etc. Actualy there are a LOT of modules changed.

Fromt the list of changed modules I can safely deduct that the changes are mostly related to CPUs, PCI Express Bus and ME. I can't say anything more than that without actually looking at sources:)
