New Guy here...Help on XPert fan 2 needed on Maximus V Gene please.....

Hi, I'm new here so hello!
I've just completed my first new build for 10 years!!! wow how things have changed..... all for the better

i think too... yay... no jumpers! 🙂
But I have come across some problems, I've tried to work it out for myself, but I can't ! 😞

My problems are Stability and Heat related and i think i have a catch 22 issue.
As you can see below my specs for my system.... I'm running a CPU fanless cooler, i'm needing a quiet pc that can also have some power (and associated noise) for occassional 3D modelling in 3DSMax 2012, but most of the time its Word/Excel so i appreciate a quiet working enviroment.
(I did buy a Corsair H100 for this system, but it wont fit in my case!!!!!) :((

My Issues....
1. Bios (0701) - will allow me to change my case fan plugged into the CPU_fan socket speed from 20% min @40oC, but the other 3 are 60% @40oC min, in silent and manual modes, how can i change this so that i can have 0% or at worst 20% running speed?
2. XPert Fan 2 - I can create my own profile as i need, CPUfan is ok at 16% minimum but chassisfan_1 will only allow a min of 76%, Chassisfan_2 MIN OF 44% and Chassisfan_3 of 46% , can these be changed to lower figures?
3. XPert Fan 2 - can windows load my preferred user XPert fan settings at startup without me having to do it manually?

Just tried update to 0810 BIOS as someone else had trouble with MB fan header voltages.... but no help .....

Why will this motherboard let me run my CPU with just 13% fan speed, but 76% on cha_fan1 and 46% on cha_fan2 and 3????? :mad:

All i am after, is for my 4 fans to run slowly at start up (or better still off!)....and to slowly increase their speed over the whole temperature range needed.... with all fans at 100% at 75oC
