It is one of two things
Crayzins, as QCode 34 is CPU post memory initialization I believe.
As a last resort try removing your GPUs, all DIMMs but one in first slot, and just the 1 boot media. Does the post advance?
If you have checked your DIMMs as you have and they are well seated, and tried different modules say @1866MHz then, either the IMC of your CPU is not liking your DIMMs or you have bent pins in the CPU socket during assy, imo.
It is best to remove the MB and CPU and test outside the case, just in case of MB to standoff shorting. (unlikely however, but must be eliminated)
Others may offer a better diagnosis and solution so wait a short while.
