New Build... Vga works then won't enter bios error cycle A2 to AE then to AA and sits

My computer parts are in my signature...

Using a LG 1680 by 1050 monitor, and as the post describes i can't do anything the system doesn't beep, and won't enter bios however the asus logo does appear i have flashed to the latest bios with the flashback utility on bios 1 (leaving bios 2 alone for now). Most other people having these errors aren't getting video at all just black screens... my monitor light indicates connection (blue instead of orange)

Any help... or links that i haven't found would be appreciated... hell the answer is probably right there in front of me. The fact that 4 keyboards won't even get me into bios scares me.

Again the errors are A2 for about 10 seconds then error AE for like a minute then finally it will sit at error AA forever (max is 10 min before i power off).


Occasionally i will get error code 34 as well.

SCRATCH ALL OF THE ABOVE....... SO APPARENTLY THE 5th KEYBOARDS THE CHARM... JUST NEEDED TO BE IN ONE OF THE RED USB SLOTS.. does the manual cover this?

LOL - before I read your own solutioun I had typed in change your USB port for the keyboard. And lo and behold that is what you did.

The AA code is what you want to see....system handed over to windows. Can you see windows on your screen?

AA is normal when board turns over to OS (as stated above).
The RIVE has no speaker. It never beeps.

Update. Yeah after i was in bio i saw i only had 12000 for memory avail so i re-seated all dimms and that fixed that...

Other than that up and running. 😄
