The board will go through multiple Q Codes on boot up. You just need to wait until it settles on one. That being said:
1) Really make sure you have all power and fan connections connected correctly.
2) Do you have the SSD drive connected to the ASMedia Sata port or the Intel Sata port? Make sure you have it connected to one of the Intel ports.
3) If you have any usb keyboard or mouse connected - DISCONNECT them!
4) Make sure your monitor is connected properly and powered on.
After doing these steps - try to power on the computer again - and if all goes well you should see an error message about keyboard not being connected.
5) At this point - connected the keyboard to the USB 2.0 port (not the USB 3.0 port). You should now be able to use your keyboard to enter the BIOS and check that your HDD has been detected, etc etc.
Let us know how you go.
