New build - 16Gb Ram option with 2600K OC

i7-2600K (want to OC)

EVGA GTX 590 Classified 3072MB 768-bit GDDR5
16GB (4x4) - Cosrair recommended Dominator® with DHX Pro Connector and Airflow II Fan — 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (CMP16GX3M4A1600C9)
CM Gold Series 1000W psu
Corsair H100 cooling
WD 2TB Caviar Black
No SSD
Windows 7 Pro

Thoughts on the above are greatly appreciated. I'm struggling with not having enough facts about using all 4 DIMMS on the mobo for a 16Gb setup as well as the voltage setting which I understand should NOT be a 1.65v but lower. Since I'm looking to OC, and ma new at this, I'd appreciate guidance on proper components and settings.

Also, will there be any space issues with the DHX Fan and the H100 radiator being installed? The 942 case is a full tower so I'm hoping that it would accommodate both without an issue. I do have to consider the dual slot that will be occupied by the 590gpu as well.
