My 3930k turbo is set to 3.5GHz with this BIOS. There is still problems with some USB Devices. Back to bios 3101.

I would suspect this bios is aimed at the Ivy-E processors.

Weird. I'll probably update to this one anyway as I'm not sure I trust 0024 100%, the "overclock failed!" bug etc have me wary.

..can confirm System shows processor at 1mz in Windoows 8.1 Pro x64. Also, I guess they either cannot duplicate or just do not know what to fix, but, I still cannot enter the RAID configuration using control>I with this BIOS. What is the malfunction I wander!!!!?
